Cancelling an Order

Most orders ship within same day or 24 hours except Sunday & Other Public Holidays. Please call us immediately if you want to cancel your order. We promise to make every effort to cancel your order before it ships. We will confirm all cancellations submitted to us, whether successful or not, via e-mail or by phone.

Cancellations can only be made provided the goods have not been dispatched. On successful cancellations, the entire order amount will be refunded.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us 2-5 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. Post that, it generally takes 10-15 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Unfulfillable order due to error in stock

There is some possibility  that the item shown as stock in the website while you placed the order but it is not physically in stock due to error in the system. In this case we will intimate you and refund your money fully. 

Missing or Damaged Components inside Game Box

We have no control over the missing or damaged components inside the shrink wrapped game boxes. If you observe a missing or damaged component, you are requested to take up the same directly with the publisher for replacement parts.

Returns / Replacement of Items due to transit damages

We guarantee that the products sold are first sale, brand new and unused. We do not ship any item with damage or shrinkwrap used items and resell.

Though we take utmost care in safely packing your orders, we cannot control how third party couriers handle shipments and damages happening are beyond our control.

Returns will not be possible if :

• Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
• Anything is missing from the package received, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
• Product is damaged due to misuse.
• Minor damages are present to the shrink wrap or dents, tears, and breakages to the game box which are cosmetic in nature.
• Any item that has been opened and used, unless it arrived damaged.
• Item that was sold as a set may not be claimed for return/refund of individual elements. (Please return the entire set for an eligible refund).
• Items with which free gift was shipped may not be claimed for return/refund without the free items.
• Items sold as part of a promotional package may not be returned/ refunded separately.

You can return part of the order, in case multiple items have been ordered. Refunds will be given subtracting the cost of shipping.

Pricing Error Policy

We strive to ensure all prices on our website are accurate. However, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund if payment has already been made.

How to Return a Game

If the game has not elapsed the return window of 7 days and if the game is eligible for return, then :

- All items must be shipped back in its original packing. Be sure to include a copy of your original receipt or packing slip showing what you paid for the items (a printout of your order confirmation email works too)

- We recommend using reliable Courier service with Delivery Confirmation (keep the tracking number and inform us) so we can be sure of the status of your package. Ship your package to the following address:
